Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after purchase.

Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) are often shipped the same day.

Estimated delivery times via PostNL, DHL and DPD:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days
  • Other EU countries: 2–6 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or external factors.

All shipments include a track & trace code, which is provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • National shipping (NL): Flat rate of €6
  • Free shipping: Available on national orders over €85
  • International shipping: Rates vary by country and are automatically calculated at checkout

All parcels are sent with a trackable service.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

For orders within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Dare to Dream Apparel is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. However, we will always support you in contacting the shipping carrier to try and resolve the issue.

  • Shipping issues must be reported to us within 7 working days after shipment
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier

Returns & Refund Policy

We believe in bold moves, not regrets. If something doesn't feel right, we've got your back. At Dare to Dream Apparel, we make returns easy — because your time is now.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by emailing info@daretodreamapparel.com, stating your order number and your intention to return the item(s).

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging
  • For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear such as deodorant marks, sweat, or odor may be refused or refunded partially.
  • You may try on items to assess fit and quality, as you would in a physical store
  • If an item shows signs of wear beyond normal inspection, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount due to loss of value
  • Discounted or promotional items are eligible for return
  • We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience
  • We do not offer direct exchanges — please place a new order once your return has been processed

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Dare to Dream Apparel for standard returns.

We will provide you with a prepaid return label and return instructions after your return request has been approved

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund
  • Refunds are completed within 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s) or you have provided proof of return
  • When returning the entire order, the standard outbound shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded

How to Start a Return

  1. Send an email to info@daretodreamapparel.com with your order number and request for return
  2. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions
  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed automatically
